W. G. Jones, Sr.
the Founder of Triple J, served as a minister, evangelist and a leader in the community for over 40 years. It was his mission, focus, and desire to encourage growth spiritually, politically and in the community.
While at Mary Allen College he dated and married Vera L Granger. They were married until his death on February 11, 1994. W.G Jones was a family oriented man, and he fathered five children, all of whom have worked in some aspect of the business since its inception. He was also a tireless advocate of education and encouraged his children as well as all he came in contact with to pursue a higher level of education.
Where it all began
The company was started by Reverend W.G. Jones, Sr. in 1985. His son’s W.G. Jones, Jr. and Richard Jones joined their father in the business after serving many years of their own in the construction industry. In 1994 their father passed away and the sons took over the business and continued its growth by adhering to the core values set forth under their father’s leadership.

W. G. Jones II
W.G. has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked for large construction companies including World Wide Mechanical where he gained a wide range of knowledge of all disciplines. To assist the client, W.G. works closely with the financial institutions to secure funding for the construction projects. As president he not only oversees the operation and overall direction of the company, but also aids in project management activities associated with construction.
Director of Operations
Teresa is the heart beat of the company. With more than 20 years of experience, her journey has led her to work as an administrator for companies such as Frito-Lay, MHMR, and the United Way. She provides key reports to the management team. As office manager, Teresa maintains company services by organizing office operations including payroll, accounting correspondence, and maintains subcontractor databases.
Senior Project Manager
Richard directs and coordinates the construction activities for each project. He is on site to insure the quality and workmanship through all phases of construction. Richard also has 25 years of experience working in this industry. One of his strengths is being able to work with the staff at all levels.
